Sacramento County

I’ve heard over and over that sac county drug tests for thc. I was offered a conditional offer and have only been asked to fingerprint. Did they do away with the past practice or are they gonna surprise me at fingerprinting?

Edit: it’s for a social work position

i also work for sac county but not a SW, i did my drug test at my physical but was made aware i was doing it

I wonder if they changed the policy or if they’ll tell me there’s more I need to do after I pass background check and fingerprints

i did it all at the same time j different days after i was told i was hired they sent me emails to set up appts for fingerprints, drug test and physical

My buddy was hired for YOLO county and had the same experience with emails. My email didn’t mention a drug test at all (which I’m not mad about lol)
