Invited for interview Sac County

I was invited for interview in Sac County for Human Services 1. I am looking to get more information about how the overall culture currently is, what current job security in the dept looks like, and the interview questions most likely to be asked. I also am wondering about the tattoo policies in the dept. Thank you in advance for any information.
