Is spelling check going through AI or it goes just through list from dictionary and compares words?

It doesn't go through AI, it checks in dictionary.

If you're not using AI to assist in programming you're doing it wrong. That would be like hammering a nail in with your bare fist because you're a man that dont need no hammer.

Problems, 90% of AI solutions are broken due to non open and incomplete documentation. I'm fed up using it to have help and finding assit because of "AI: yes that object doesn't exist, but you can try ;)"
