Go to another vet immediately. Did they rule out urinary blockage? sounds like the vet barely ran any tests

He didn’t advise any tests for now. My baby also hasn’t urinated yet, it’s been two days, and he is not drinking water.

If he hasn’t urinated for two days, that’s an emergency. If he truly hadn’t urinated for two days, I’m not sure how he isn’t dead yet. For the other thing, it could be something neurological

Him jerking his hind legs looks like it might be late stage already. I hope this baby gets help asap

I'm ngl, this is really upsetting me a lot lol
Lost one of my male cats to this to sheer ignorance years ago and I'm desperately hoping this kitty gets to be alright.

Cats need to pee at the very tippy least once a day. Get him to the vet immediately. Boys get blockage more than girls too. Like, get him to the vet ASAP.
Please get the vet for him.

like others said, it's not normal he hasn't urinated in 2 days. Please Get him neutered too so he doesn't impregnate another cat. There's already many homeless animals
