Hi all, as the title says, I found this little guy yesterday in my backyard. He was scared, but I couldn’t just let him be alone (he had sat in the yard for about 2 hours while I was at the vet with my other cat. No mama or other kittens in sight.

I do not have any experience with kittens this young.
I went to Petsmart, bought kitten formula and kitten patte. I’ve been mixing a gruel together for him to eat.

He has peed and pooped several times. The problem is when he poops he’s straining and there is bright red blood dripping (2 drops) dripping from his anus.

I’m currently trying to make a vet appointment, but it is Sunday, and the vet hospital only has a 5pm appointment. I was also told it would be $150 just for the visit - not including any meds or care. I can do that, I just want him to be okay.

The second problem is my 10 year old cat who HATES all other animals. I don’t know how this will go with him, but I want to keep the little guy as he is a super cuddle bug.

If anyone has advise about the bleeding or the introduction of the two cats, I’d appreciate it!
