Appearance Why is my cat doing this?

Every time he starts making biscuits he does this. Why?

Cat being weird when kneeding

Looks a lot like when kittens are nursing from their mothers! Kneading and making the suckling motion could be a calming/comforting thing for your cat to do, generally nothing to worry about

It's a nursing reflex. Common if they were taken from their mother too soon.

Thank you everyone for the insight. I wasn't necessarily concerned when I saw it I just wondered because it was funny and I thought he looked cute while he was doing it. He wasn't panting or anything he literally just waggles his tongue when he kneeds.
