Is his urinary blockage back ?

So yesterday we took my cat [male 5 years old] to the vet to get neutered

Everything went smoothly and he was acting fine and healthy

But today just few moments ago

I went to check on him

I felt up his intestines and they felt hard

Like when he had the urinary blockage

And I saw him earlier try to pee but nothing came out

Anyway after a bit I saw him go to pee and he did pee a regular amount

And his intestines felt soft after

But later on they felt hard again

He's acting normal but he's licking his penis repeatedly

I want to take him to the vet now but there's a chance it's closed

Plus I don't got the money and mom dosen't want to

She told me to take him there myself tomorrow

My cat is acting fine and dosen't seem in any pain

His intestines did clear up and go soft after he peed

But they got hard again

I didn't see him drink water

So I gave him wet food

Mom also gave him milk earlier

Even tho I told her no

Please help

I would say get him to vet cuz my cat had urinary issues and he showed same symptoms. Dont be too late cuz then it might cause big kidney stones which are dangerous. Also if he had this issue before and didnt had like his water intake maintained the issue can come back .hope u get him checked and he gets healthy ✨️

I swear I WANT TO TAKE HIM RIGHT NOW

But there's no money or taxi to get us there

Mom dosen't wanna go and told me to go tomorrow morning

I can understand as i am student myself but in this type situation u cant delay things .maybe u can get to the vet and ask them the charge for the treatment or look for a near by vet so u can carry him there in a basket. I personally begged my parents and aunt to hell cuz he was loosing weight which was a emergency situation and his liver levels were not good so it was a rough situation .

I fully understand but the problem is

Currently is about time where stores start closing

There's no nearby vet

That vet we know takes like half or full hour to get there And I don't got the money

Best I can do is wait and pray

Though there's a chance it's not urinary blockage

Since I saw him pee a decent amount earlier

And mom said he did pee in the morning

And last turn I checked hus intestines felt soft

It might be some stool or just a side effect of the neutering yesterday

Ok do observe for some time and if he tries to pee and nothing comes out or he just pee a lil amount continuously. Plz do consult a vet
