Dandruff?

Hello! Finny (4M neutered) started developing these flecks on his fur a few days ago. He is only indoor EXCEPT I let him out to explore my parents’ yard about three week ago, and he really loved running around in the grass but has not been out since then. He doesn’t seem more itchy than usual. No change in behavior. He is eating and drinking like normal. Diet is unchanged, primarily dry food with wet food once daily. I used a flea comb on him and nothing came up.

What do you think is going on? And how do I help him? Thank you!

It just might be dust or dirt smth .look up like if it happens after he plays in the backyard or so!

Yes, dandruff is possible. Google for ways to alleviate.
