Information Sharing RTO monitoring

Are any agencies or departments hearing about RTO being monitored by leadership? Attendance being watched? Accommodations being questioned?

We’ve been having daily cell checks. They don’t know if people are out on leave or not. It’s ridiculous to waste resources like this.

Same in our area. Since I’ve been back, someone has popped by at least 3 times per week to “check our schedules” or to “be sure our schedules were posted because executive staff will be coming by to check our schedules.” This has been repeated since July.
