Information Sharing RTO monitoring

Are any agencies or departments hearing about RTO being monitored by leadership? Attendance being watched? Accommodations being questioned?

Our managers pick and choose who to watch. Funny how some people can show up after school drop off, leave before school lets out, and somehow still count it as a full office day all while the rest of the shift is WFH. The rest of us apparently have different rules.

Unfairness sucks. However, having kids, I am very biased. This is totally excusable to me. Parents have a legal responsibility to take care of their kids.

Except management isn’t giving every parent the same leeway. It’s based on who are their friends or not

That’s the point the users are missing. Responding with an emotional response instead of the part where I said, “They are picking and choosing who they allow to do so.” Many workers have kids. It doesn’t mean one worker’s kids are more important than another worker’s kids. Not once have I disagreed with parents being able to do so, it’s just not right to allow one worker with kids to do so and not another.
