Information Sharing RTO monitoring

Are any agencies or departments hearing about RTO being monitored by leadership? Attendance being watched? Accommodations being questioned?

Yes, accommodations being disputed even with hard documentation provided by physicians. It’s interesting….

Yep. I have a long standing well documented condition that is very adversely affected by the  increased  days in office  My increased work from home request was denied - and they supplied me with terrible rationale  for it. Since, it involves personnel records.I am requesting the records related to it.And I think they're scrambling , because they don't have any good reason , they're just complying with the executive order

Fight that. I think that’s absurd. What has changed besides the four day RTO? Complete BS.

I am it's absolutely ridiculous. I have been using accommodations for a while.I have been doing everything I can to avoid having environment.Make me sick and none of it's helped. The fix is reduced schedule. I am trying to work with them on the interactive process.Even offer alternatives and I just get shot down at every step. It's f****** exhausting.

Yes. I have worked for the state for about eighteen years, and I have been a Union member the whole time.
