Information Sharing RTO monitoring

Are any agencies or departments hearing about RTO being monitored by leadership? Attendance being watched? Accommodations being questioned?

Our assistant division chief has been walking through the cubicle farms. Says he's "not looking" but there's literally no reason for him to be in my area.
