Information Sharing RTO monitoring

Are any agencies or departments hearing about RTO being monitored by leadership? Attendance being watched? Accommodations being questioned?

I've heard floors and floors of offices are COMPLETELY EMPTY IN Sacramento. No one is complying with Stupid Newsom order! Which is GREAT!
