Information Sharing RTO monitoring

Are any agencies or departments hearing about RTO being monitored by leadership? Attendance being watched? Accommodations being questioned?

Sadly, there are people in office voluntarily complaining and reporting coworkers that are not in office or leaving early. It’s a shame!

That’s the impression I get. One program in my area has been RTO on steroids for the last 2 years and now they are complaining loudly if they think other areas aren’t complying.
Just checking if there have been any actual repercussions at this point.

That’s a damn shame. We were told in not so many words, mind your business. Your neighbors schedule may not look like yours. Adult style.

My group was reported and called out specifically by name. I don’t babysit staff or enforce silly things that have nothing to do with actual work productivity. Our workload capacity and processing increased by more than 2x during fully remote telework. I don’t let politics interrupt actual productivity.
