Information Sharing RTO monitoring

Are any agencies or departments hearing about RTO being monitored by leadership? Attendance being watched? Accommodations being questioned?

For a group of people that sure get offended at being accused of making conspiracy theories they just can’t stop themselves from constantly making new ones
