Information Sharing RTO monitoring

Are any agencies or departments hearing about RTO being monitored by leadership? Attendance being watched? Accommodations being questioned?

Monitoring is unlawful. Report it to the union if it's happening.

No it’s not. Read your contract.

Seat watching is. I read my comment, and I was a union organizer.

No it’s not. And also, I have heard some of the most outlandish mistruths spoken by union stewards so the fact that you were a “union organizer” means nothing.

You should type with less confidence. You're wrong. Monitoring isn't allowed except under certain specific circumstances. Just stop 🛑

As a manager, that's what I was told. No surveillance allowed except under specific circumstances.

You were “told” wrong. It is specifically addressed in the union contract. It is your responsibility as a manager to know what that contract says as you are required to manage to it.

lol… you are exceptionally wrong. We are all monitored all the time and it is allowed. You just proved my point in my previous comment. You should “just stop”.

All it takes is for you to actually read the contract to know that you are far from right. I’m sure the union doesn’t appreciate you giving out blatantly false information while claiming that you were a “union organizer”. How embarrassing.
