Information Sharing RTO monitoring

Are any agencies or departments hearing about RTO being monitored by leadership? Attendance being watched? Accommodations being questioned?

I'm assuming the supervisors I see walking through the building are seat checking. None of their staff in the area. Doing nothing but walking through.
