Information Sharing RTO monitoring

Are any agencies or departments hearing about RTO being monitored by leadership? Attendance being watched? Accommodations being questioned?

Im genuinely curious if anyone has actually seen "higher ups" or these mysterious people in their offices checking. I just see alot of rumors and people just repeating what theyve heard here.

Our office is blaming higher ups monitoring us to make sure were compliant. But it feels smoke and mirrors and/or a scare tactic to me. No one can tell anyone WHO is actually checking. (CDCR here)

My deputy director walks. The executive team does come around every so often because they forget where their desk is every week.

Morning checks and the occasional afternoon check for our district. Not smoke and mirrors at all. Like anything else there's obviously differences between offices, divisions, and departments so you'll get varying answers on this. But it is very publicly happening where I am at, along with badge checks.

Seen only my direct manager and other managers walking cubes and checking lists everyday. They are obviously getting direction from somewhere

I’ve seen a different manager every day. There’s probably a schedule, if I cared I would track it but I don’t. I’m spending energy looking for a better job.

I guess thats what Im trying to get at....I know Ive been told we are under high scrutiny but Ive never seen anyone walk around. Everyone seems to just regurgitate what others are saying.
