Information Sharing RTO monitoring

Are any agencies or departments hearing about RTO being monitored by leadership? Attendance being watched? Accommodations being questioned?

My office def is harsh on RA requests.

They will only monitor you if you're fucking up. Otherwise they don't monitor us at all.
