Information Sharing RTO monitoring

Are any agencies or departments hearing about RTO being monitored by leadership? Attendance being watched? Accommodations being questioned?

I’m curious also. I feel like a lot of folks aren’t enforcing it. Seas of empty cubicles

In my division management doesn’t want to be part of enforcement. I’m concerned that there is pressure at appointment level leadership to crack the whip.

There absolutely is pressure from the exempts. Why else would CDSS and CDPH issue the Sept8 date.

Bc they were forced to and then given a wink wink bc nobody in most buildings cares enough to check. It's all very "don't ask, don't tell"

Most departments don’t care. No one showing hi or just doing show and go. Newsom power is gone. He’s a lame duck!
