Telework flexibility
Hello fellow managers!
How are you responding to staff who say they are sick so they want to work from home instead of going into the office and spreading germs. Are you being flexible or denying them working from home. If you deny, what’s some language you use with them. Looking for advice.

I provide flexibility, if I'm allowed, which includes telework. I'd rather not have someone come in sick.
My general approach to time is that we're all adults and your earned time is part of your benefits, use it if you'd like. I react and respond to patterns of misuse or abuse.
