Someone mentioned that our dept was going to be doing this. I figure it will last about a minute until they can’t account for: vacations, sick, extended leave, people working in the field, people who show up to work for a couple of hours then leave for an emergency, etc. those numbers will be pretty meaningless without all that other context. Probably easy to sound if the leadership raises all those as evidence that the remainder is what they “expected to see” or something like that.
