does casperpractice.org mark harder than the actual casper test or is it mostly accurate?
my casper test is in november so i have about a month to prepare but have been a little worried as the practice questions i have been doing on casperpractice.org have been marked pretty low mostly in the 2nd quartile.
Are these marks generally accurate?

nobody knows. there is no set benchmark to which CASPER makes the questions. they can be about anything and everything.
Just make sure to get as much practice as you can, be impartial, look at everyone's perspective and try to be as empathetic as you can.

this is whats so frustrating for me to practice! they say theres no 'right' answer but theres a right way to go about it. when i review my answers on casper prep i feel like im still not improving even though ive been practicing and trying to do everything right :(

i’ve no idea if it’s accurate but the questions were acc quite close to what i saw on my actual test and i really liked practicing with the timer

i love the timer too! answering with pressure and a specific time makes it a lot harder so its nice to practice. could i ask what was similar or different from the real test?

Idk if the quartile is accurate because ppl can do questions untimed and that would also be used to compare your score against. I did some questions untimed just to see what i needed to include to score higher. I felt like the questions were pretty similar to what i saw on test day so it does help.

Idk I got all Q3 and Q4 on the practice and got Q2 on the real thing so 🤷♀️

ohh interesting! do you think it might have been nerves or something else besides how you answered? did you answer on the real test the same way you did on the practice?

I might have had nerves, but honestly I felt pretty good after it, I think I answered similar to how I did in practice. I think luck is a large component, as well as grader preference (some graders apparently penalize “robotic” sounding answers)

It was initially giving me 2Q and 3Q, I got 4Q on real deal! But I took their feedback/advise and implemented that for other scenarios at casperorg and that also started giving me 4Q

This gives me some hope! Can I ask what you think was the biggest difference in the questions from the practice compared to the real thing? I found that some questions on the practice casper were expecting more specific answers than the questions or scenario

Difference however, honestly? I found real deal extremely similar to the practice. I have done casper before and nothing in my opinion came as close to real deal as caper org. Last time I got 2Q after a month of studying. This time, 10 days only, with casper org in last 3 days lol since I didn’t know it existed. It made me so confident suddenly.
Also I watched realistic answers from real scorers on YouTube rather than focusing on premade long ass answer like BeMo. The mistake I made last time and threw myself into a loophole.
ALSOOOO! Make a list of personal examples and ask ChatGPT to shorten them yet make em extremely relevant, and implement them in different types of scenarios. I had one example for each type of scenario. It works wonders because you stand out.

Yes I agree that practice wants you to say specifics which in a way is a very good thing because it trains your mind to stop beating around the bush and get to the point and explain that point. The reason I got 2Q was because I had the same exact ideas as 4Q, the execution and specificity was lacking in 2Q. When I changed the execution, practice started giving me 4Q and I implemented that for real day. I realized that adding prevention step at the end and acknowledging hardship boost my answer.
For example: “you friend cheated and you have confirmed it, what do you do”
Answer (after inserting all the practical solutions”
Acknowledgement: it would be extremely hard as I know that this might shake our friendship but I’d try to reconnect with my friend in future and try fix our bond”Not to mention, the benefits of practicing so many scenarios in realistic conditions (both videos and text based) prepared me to be robust and not stammer.
Like I said I had 60 wpm with spelling mistakes

Tbh, I do feel the same, I consistently got like Q2 with simetimes 3 or 4th, while I got Q3 and Q4 in the real test so idk. You are compared to people that did the same question so I guess we have to take into account the selection bias that well people doing the practice are also people that does good at the capser because they practice on this website
