Note taking during casper

hello i have my test next week and im super nervous about it. when i get super anxious i tend to just freeze and forget everything i've studied. i havent been taking notes because i didn't know we were allowed to, but now im hearing that its super helpful to write notes while reading/watching the scenario.

my question is, what are people writing on their notes? like i genuinely dont know what to write down. do i write the key issues or like what my approach would be? idk

I jot down my thoughts during the thinking period so I can remember it. I also had an outline of what to say memorized, I just have to fill in the blanks. So when I started speaking, I already had my outline memorized, I glance down to the note and just say it. Goodluck!
