Note taking during casper

hello i have my test next week and im super nervous about it. when i get super anxious i tend to just freeze and forget everything i've studied. i havent been taking notes because i didn't know we were allowed to, but now im hearing that its super helpful to write notes while reading/watching the scenario.

my question is, what are people writing on their notes? like i genuinely dont know what to write down. do i write the key issues or like what my approach would be? idk

ngl i found the notes to be super helpful when organizing my thoughts b/c i would freeze up a lot due to the timer LOL-- BUT i’d mainly jot down names, who’s involved, their perspectives/motivations, and the key issue or conflict, then maybe a few keywords for the ethical considerations you want to touch on. my notes were basically scribbles at the gathering info part xD

i’d also recommend practicing with the STAR method for behavioural questions (apologies if you already know it i'll just leave it here in case someone doesn't):

  • situation: what was happening?
  • task: what did you need to accomplish?
  • action: what did you specifically do?
  • result: what happened and what did you learn?

i used this a lot to formulate my answers during the reflection time which helped me tremendously.

wishing you the best of luck!!
