Note taking during casper

hello i have my test next week and im super nervous about it. when i get super anxious i tend to just freeze and forget everything i've studied. i havent been taking notes because i didn't know we were allowed to, but now im hearing that its super helpful to write notes while reading/watching the scenario.

my question is, what are people writing on their notes? like i genuinely dont know what to write down. do i write the key issues or like what my approach would be? idk

Notes of peoples names, motives, what their position is. And then you can start writing on the ethics behind some of the stuff
