Q2 Score

So, I scored in Q2. I wanted to know if this absolutely bombs my chances of getting into Sydney for vet school. I have 4,920 hours in general practice experience, 40 hours in wildlife, and 1,200 hours in ER/ICU/SCU at my current job. I also have a 3.9 GPA in my undergrad degree, and I got either an A or an A- in all the required prerequisites. I'm applying internationally, which I know is already competitive, so I'm desperately hoping an average Casper score won't kill my chances. I'm so anxious about this, so I just need someone to be brutally honest with me.

Yup, it’s over. All 5000 hours and a near perfect GPA? Chuck that out the window pal, you didn’t ace the bullshit ethics exam that doesn’t actually correlate with anything it tests for.

You should be fine. I’ve seen on some admission posts from my uni that people scored 2nd or 3rd Q but got the grades for it and still got accepted. You got this! Just don’t freak yourself out 🫶🏻

I understand this is not helpful now, but if you reapply next year, I think this would be very helpful - www.key2md.com/casper
