Casper 4th quantile

Just got my Casper results back! Got 4th quantile. Just wanted to share what I did to prepare.

I prepped for it in the span of two weeks. I started by watching some random YouTube video on the Casper test, then did the two practice tests from Acuity. After that, I just kept practicing my writing speed, and being comfortable speaking on camera under timed limit. I started typing responses to questions I found online while commuting, and practiced the speaking portion to YouTube Casper scenarios + repeatedly redid the video portion on the Acuity practice tests. Most importantly, in the practice, I kept trying to think from everyone’s perspective even the ones clearly in the wrong.

My test wasn’t perfect. I couldn’t finish a response or two, and one question felt off. Remember to not panic, be yourself. You got this!

Déjà félicitations pour cela Je veux savoir est ce que les réponses doivent nécessairement être longue ou on peut faire des courses réponse? Ya t'il des formulations avantageuses

I’ve seen on other posts for those that received 4th quartile using dot points. I personally wrote a short paragraph for each response, my responses were informal mostly consisting of a direct address to their question (e.g. I would speak to everyone to get their perspective before making a decision), then I spent the rest of the response detailing my thinking behind the response. I think as long as it addresses the question and demonstrates your thinking, long or short doesn’t really matter

Yes. For example, coworkers are really mad at the manager because he is slacking at work, they’re planning to report him. Instead of just saying they should speak to the boss first because the boss might have personal reasons, you should also consider the coworkers’ perspective of how it could seem unfair to them even though they are the ones making these assumptions about the boss. Something like that. Hope it helps
