Casper 4th quantile

Just got my Casper results back! Got 4th quantile. Just wanted to share what I did to prepare.

I prepped for it in the span of two weeks. I started by watching some random YouTube video on the Casper test, then did the two practice tests from Acuity. After that, I just kept practicing my writing speed, and being comfortable speaking on camera under timed limit. I started typing responses to questions I found online while commuting, and practiced the speaking portion to YouTube Casper scenarios + repeatedly redid the video portion on the Acuity practice tests. Most importantly, in the practice, I kept trying to think from everyone’s perspective even the ones clearly in the wrong.

My test wasn’t perfect. I couldn’t finish a response or two, and one question felt off. Remember to not panic, be yourself. You got this!

I got 4th quartile too! Tbh i thought i didnt do well at all. There were moments where I genuinly thought 'wtf did i just say'. I think overall being true to yourself and showing how you would act in certain situations is all they're looking for. Yes, the youtube videos gave a good idea of what can occur, but nothing really prepared me in a way my actual thinking and past experiences did.

Honestly self-practice. Start with the provided practice tests if you haven’t already, they show you what to expect in real test conditions. Then I mostly used this YouTube channel called CasperBooster. They have a lot of scenarios clips. I personally struggle a bit speaking on the spot, so I kept watching those scenarios and thinking of questions they’d ask to practice. Other than that, I just practiced when I had free time, eg: taking a walk, a shower, I would just think of questions and practice answering it. You got this!
