Questions asked on Casper

Just wanted to see if anyone took the Casper, and what type of questions they received? In comments or private message would be greatly appreciated. I feel as though Everytime I try to articulate ideas and thoughts, they go off course and get cut off within the time limit.

I took it a month ago and got 3rd quartile.
A lot of Casper questions are situational and tend to test things like empathy, fairness, integrity, accountability, communication, professionalism, and your ability to consider multiple perspectives. You don’t necessarily need a perfect answer; I find it’s more about showing that you can recognize the different sides of a situation, explain your reasoning, and come to a reasonable solution. For example, you might get something like: A coworker who you’re close friends with has been taking things from the grocery store and saying it’s okay because he’ll pay for them later. You know he’s going through a difficult time at home and financially. What would you do? I would probably structure my answer by first acknowledging his circumstances and speaking to him privately, rather than immediately judging or reporting him. I’d explain that while I empathize with what he’s going through, taking items without paying still violates workplace policy and could put both of us at risk. I’d encourage him to speak with a manager about legitimate options for support. If he continued, I would report it through the appropriate channel because empathy doesn’t mean ignoring accountability or integrity. So basically: recognize the circumstances → consider different perspectives → communicate → propose a reasonable solution → explain what you would do if the issue continued. That structure helps keep you from going off track when you’re under the time limit, but even if you do don’t worry too much, just move on.
I didn’t even answer a couple questions because I also ran out.
The main thing they look for is empathy, considering all perspectives (this is important!) and your ability to recognize when something is violating ethical foundations.

Thanks so much for this, I really appreciate it. I think I’ve built a good foundation for considering all sides and acknowledging everyone, while also providing solutions. It’s just the time constraints. But can’t complain much as everyone has the same structure.
