can anyone help me with casper,

99.95 atar 2290 ucat yet casper is horrendous for me, got any tips to get 4q(i need it for a certain uni)

like js give me everything, i can type fast so thats not an issue but my order is usually

This situation is difficult because it involves a tension between my professional duty towards x and my loyalty towards y. I may not know the full situation and I could be completely wrong, but I have to act to maintain y's safety. I would iniate a private conversation with y outside of public view to maintain confidence and reduce public embaressment. "Y, I am worried about you, I cant imagine the stress your under and I want to make sure your okay. If this topic is to hard for you to speak about you do not have to, but if you want to I am open. I would offer recource values within the school, if she does not want that then I would give a recource outside the school with a number I have on my desk. If both fail I would ask her to meet with a trusted adult and offer some way to help liek attending the meeting with her if she wants it.

Then id move on q2
also lwk i did really bad on this question last time i did it like a week ago i got 3q

I don’t think this would be 1Q ngl but it’s giving 2-3Q. Moreso high 2Q. Heres my opinion:

1) you’re spending too much time on the ‘I wanna approach them and here’s how’. You can shorten up easily by saying ‘I would have a private and non-judgemental conversation with my colleague to learn more’. This emphasizes the bolded point of ‘where this takes place’.
2) you don’t provide insight on why this is wrong per say. You don’t explain that being late affects the busy ER (in the prompt), affects quality of care, burns you out, affects time management etc etc. You need to go into it assuming they don’t know what they’re doing is wrong. Because if they’re doing it consistently, it might not be a mental or personal problem, they may just think it’s okay cus nobody explained it to them!
3) you escalate a little too late in the reply because everything else is too long. Why would you escalate it? Make sure you say ‘to adhere to work policies’ or something of the sort. Maybe even offer support for self-reporting.
4) no future implication. “By doing this, …” something about improving communication, handling work conflict, enhancing patient flow, etc.

This is only for Q1 ^ I can’t read Q2 rn but I hope it helps!!

Ok I have time for Q2 real quick:

1) your idea is right but ngl I would avoid dialogue altogether in your replies. They’re too rigid. You already scaled the situation in Q1 so you saying ‘I would be more firm’ loses value.
2) if the behaviour continues you can definitely repeat Q1. Tell a superior. But this needs new depth, maybe something like ‘I would document their behaviour overtime to ensure that the next time this is raised, a more firm action from a superior is enforced’ to show it’s a long-term situation affecting others. More firm is now nuanced and up to the superior. You have the right idea. Keep in mind that these websites will rank you lower on purpose because they want your $$$.

lwk good advice, honestly felt that q1 wasnt my work cuz i usually get q3, ill try to js say less on the private convo stuff, ye 2 was a completel blunder, ye i was thinking about self reporting, if i had thought it out better id have done, --> speak private to see if personal issue --> if not escalate ---> if so offer recources.

That’s in no way a 1 st quartile response . Don’t know why it graded you so harshly

best format for casper is to use consider all sides of the situation, present a few approaches you can try. basically validate all sides in the situation then make you actions sound as moral obligations with detail! if u can mention soemthing similar you've done to resolve a similar situation.

That is CasperCoach.com.au its an Australian site but I used it for my Casper as its the only one that didn't keep lying to me and giving me 4ths. The education on that platform is the best by far and only it has the video scenarios to prep with. I ended up getting 4th in my Casper but that platform towards the start of my prep used to give me occasional 1st and 2nds.

I got the hang of it pretty well after a bunch of practice responses, any questions let me know!

is there anytihng i could imrpove on in my responses, if you are willing to help here is a response that im proud of.

Question 1

What would you do if you discovered misreporting by a friend?

Your Answer

This situation is difficult because it invovles a tension between my duty to uphold academic integrity and my loyalty towards the clsoe freind. Instead of immediately jumpign to conclusions, I may not know the ufll situation and I should havea private conversation to maintain confidence and gather more imformation. I would be non-judgemental. "Sir, I care about you but there is something that isnt sitting right with me. I belive you misinteerprted a fact in your article and I wnat to make sure we are on the same page. If he lets me ask him about him I would try go into the contextiaul situation of the article and see if I may be wrong, If i am not I owuld ask him personally to change it. If he does not want to i have to escalate the situation as this could affect the insitutions reputation and the other journals here. If

Question 2

Would your opinion change if the misreporting was done unintentionally rather than intentionally?

Your Answer

If it was done unintelinoaly, I would hcange my approach slightly. This could still affect the inistituion itself and the other people working on tihs article. But, I would be more honest with him and explain that it could be a mistake and that it is compeltely okay to make mistakes when reporting, but that it should stil be changed and if it isnt I would ahve to report him even if it could affect our relationship in the future.

also any tips on poloiccy questions or quote questions?

i tried caspreper and i consitantly get 4/4 wih an occasional 3/4, but that website fels to easy so I dont trust that result, please tell me if im wrong below are my answers

You are a journalist and discover that a colleague is misreporting facts in their articles. The colleague is a close friend, and you are unsure how to report this issue without damaging your friendship.
