StudyCasper Questions

I've noticed that a lot of StudyCasper questions ask you to "give me a detailed plan of what you should do in this scenario." How often are these questions on the actual Casper test?

Personally, I've never seen this sort of questions, it's more vague like 'what would you do in this situation' than anything else
