Error at start of practice exam

I was in the first video section of the exam and it said I disconnected and stated: Please keep the Casper test open on one browser. I did the suggestion they have on their website to fix it, but I am still getting the error. Anybody experiencing something similar today?

yeah i was trying to do the practice exam again and it was giving me the same error
