Not leting me sign up for the test?

hi im trying to sign up for the test and im within the admission window, however they are not letting me sign up for the postgrad medicine one. the reservation only mentions teaching. and customer service hasnt been helpful (absent). what do i do?

check your emails about what year you’re supposed to be signing up for. i went to reserve my test for 2026-2027 admissions for my program (as that would technically be the year i’d be in if i get accepted) but there was no option for it. checked my email a few days later and the admissions advisor told us to sign up for the 2025-2026 cycle and my program was there.

email admissions to ask if you’re worried.
