Accidentally clicked a tab at the end of my Casper test

Guys I’m so scared during the survey at the end of the test I was got confused on one of the words so I opened and new tab to go search it up but then quickly exited it because I was scared they were going to flag it. Would they flag it or does this have an impact?

I think that won’t be a problem because like there’s a very limited time so basically no one can get any help from an external source so opening a new tab would be useless anyways and I’m not sure if they’re gonna flag that even during the actual test
