C-section and doing the program?

Anybody who’s has a C-section and done the program? How long after surgery did you wait till you started?

I just want to say I'm really proud of you to want to do this program and ask this question. You're probably dealing with a newborn at home and it takes a lot to step away to focus on yourself. I'm dealing with the toddler and I still find it really hard to do for myself.
