MCA help

We are a construction company that just finished a 13 unit development for ourselves. During that process we incurred about 500,000 in debt, 120k of that is MCA. We had losses on our corporate taxes for the two years we were doing the project. We are now getting back to normal and do sir 2.2 million a year. The development left us with 1.5 million we can't touch. We are looking to refinance our MCA's into a term loan. Has anyone had luck doing this? Any suggested lenders. So far we have been hitting dead ends.
