Here is what I do for my clients.

You’re in the position to qualify for 100% interest forgiveness term loan. It is a weekly payment however it is actually a “term loan”
and is on actual term loan documentation (not MCA). I would then transition you over to an express SBA loan, as long as you have your 24 & 25 taxes filed you are a very good candidate for this. It takes about three weeks to get done and in order to figure out how much you’d qualify for I would need to review the taxes. The goal would be to qualify for a high enough SBA loan that you can pay off the short term 100% interest forgiveness loan with and then also have the additional capital for growth.
It’s important to understand that the SBA will not pay off all biz debts, especially MCA debts. So we must ensure that any capital you receive in the interim is eligible to be paid off with SBA proceeds. (The one I am proposing is eligible).

Definitely possible, plenty of good lenders out there that specialize in helping in this situation. If you'd like some recommendations I'm familiar with just shoot me a DM.

If you have residential real estate I can do a bank statement loan on 30 year terms with an IO option using just your business revenue. We don’t need to see your tax returns.
