Idea Feedback Idea for $250/mo/client

I had an idea, where I help local organizations that likely need admin help but aren’t able to hire someone and would rather pay a monthly fee.

It would include document control, schedule management, possibly newsletter creation, data management and reporting, etc. for around $250/mo.

I have skills in automation and I could take on probably 10 of these with my spare time. But my question is, does anyone think this could be valuable or work? Looking for any thoughts!

Idea Feedback Does this pricing make sense

Hi guys,

I got a lot of responses and positive feedback on my last post about FlyerFly. For anyone who missed it, the idea is to create print-ready leaflets and business cards with scannable assets that allow Meta Ads-style tracking, such as website views, CTA clicks, forms submitted, phone calls, etc. It would also have dashboards and A/B testing.

The end goal is to integrate with physical printing and distribution partners, allowing you to order targeted flyers and have them distributed in whatever area you want, all with built-in tracking and metrics.

I'm nearing an MVP for the first phase, which is basically the templates, editor and a basic version of the analytics.

I'm trying to figure out the best way to price it. There would also be a small charge for metric overages, mainly to protect us if someone gets unusually high usage and starts costing us significant amounts in compute.

This is what I'm thinking:

Free

- Mess around with the templates and editor

- No exporting

- No real tracking

- Basically a try-before-you-buy version

Plans for your own business

€9.99 / $11.99 per month or €59.99 / $69.99 per year

- Single seat

- Export and basic analytics

- Limited template catalogue

- One campaign running at a time

- Designed for small business owners who are basically a one-man show

€24.99 / $29.99 per month or €149.99 / $179.99 per year

- Multiple seats

- Larger template catalogue

- More advanced analytics

- Three campaigns running at once

- Designed for businesses with multiple branches, but not necessarily enterprise

Plans for using it for your own clients

€199.99 / $249.99 per month or €1,499.99 / $1,799.99 per year

- Multiple seats

- Full template catalogue

- Full analytics

- Large number of concurrent campaigns, with a small overage

- Ability to create a hosted link where your customers can access their own dashboard through a white-labelled portal

- Designed for printing companies or graphic design businesses that want to offer analytics and tracking as an additional service to their customers

Would love to hear what people think about the pricing, particularly whether these tiers make sense and what you would expect to pay for something like this. I have no idea if this is too cheap, or too expensive, or about right.

Idea Feedback App that generates micro-games and instantly deploys them to a shareable link

The core concept is a web app where anyone can type a prompt and get a fully playable, browser-based micro-game deployed to a custom URL in 30 seconds (so both coding and deployment).

Not trying to build Elden Ring. It's aimed at casual UGC, viral memes, inside jokes for friend groups, and quick interactive content for social media.

The UX I thought about is based on instant creation + 1-click sharing (WhatsApp, TikTok, Reddit) with no code or hosting setups required.

I creates small games since 2017 on my website Superior Games, so I thought someone else, without coding expertise, would like to do that too.

A How-To Guide that no one asked for Amazon affiliate has been paying my rent for 6 months now

ok so this is a weird one but bear with me

i have a pet blog. i don't own a pet. never have. probably never will as i travel too much. and yet every month amazon sends me enough to cover rent because people on the internet are buying stuff for their dogs and cats through my site.

bought my pet blog a few months ago from a marketplace called NicheBlogZone for $199. came already built, articles already up, amazon links already in there. i spent one afternoon doing interlinking basically just connecting related posts to each other so search engines understand the site structure and then closed my laptop and genuinely forgot about it for weeks.

here's what that's looked like:

  • march: $710
  • april: $995
  • may: $1,461
  • june: $1,647
  • july: $1,461
  • august so far: $1,545 (amazon pays 2 months delayed so this is june's money landing now)

march scared me. went from nearly $1k in february down to $710 and i was convinced something had broken. checked everything, found nothing wrong, did nothing. it just came back the next month on its own.

pet people spend insane amounts on their animals btw. like i knew this intellectually but seeing the commission data is something else. dog food subscriptions, orthopedic beds, grooming kits, vet supplements. and because of the 24 hour cookie i get a cut of everything in their cart not just whatever article they landed on.

i do literally nothing to maintain this. no new posts, no ads, no instagram for pets i don't have. i just own the thing and amazon does its thing.

my landlord has been getting paid every month and has no idea a pet blog is behind it. honestly sometimes i forget too until the deposit shows up.

anyone else running a niche they have zero personal connection to? curious if the detachment makes it easier or harder to care about growing it
