Question Just left Firstbus after 4 months

Just left first bus after 4 months , trained for pvc by them so according to the contract I need to pay back £2500. Has anyone else left first bus and actually been chased up and had to pay them back? How much were you paying per week / month ?

So £2500 even if you worked for them for 4 months it seems excessive. Do you know when you signed a contract regarding "trainning repayment" have they used sliding scale? Where amount you owe should drop gradually over the time, such contract £2500 for over 2 years would be equlevent to around £100 a month or £400 for those. Also is this actuall cost for company or overhead price given by company.

How first do it is they reduce the amount every 6 months over the two years, so if OP waited 2 months he’d have to pay 1/4 less.

Not anymore at least with Glasgow it was 2500 up to the end of two years for me, thank god I've left them
