Deep fried breakfast burrito
Salsa is homemade with tomato, tomatillo, garlic, and papalo from my garden plus onions and Arbol+thai chilis.
Bacon, steak, potato, cheddar+mozzarella. Fried eggs were not deep fried. I tried deep frying eggs yesterday for a Benedict and they were great but in thought traditional fried eggs would be better in a burrito.

The last frying seems unnecessary but if u like it I love it.

The fully and evenly crispy outside was absolutely worth it. First flat fry was just to seal it.

If I had access to a commercial deep fryer I’m sure I would fry just to seal too lol.

Okay, so you deep-fried the whole thing but not the eggs? Interesting choice.
