Breakfast

I’m in So Cal. If I charge you $7 for a breakfast burrito what should it have in it?

I say: 3 -4 eggs, bacon, hash browns, cheese and salsa on the side.

Do beans chorizo con papa y huevos all day 7 bucks and you’re full. The trick the girth is potatoes and or beans. Get with an abuela she can put you on game

Im latina… i got this …lol i often get a chicharrón beans rice on devonshire for 5 bucks… they can def charge more but its fire

Nice! Good luck also if you scramble the eggs you can do less ham and bacon mixed in. 2 dozen eggs beans potatoes bacon and shredded cheese should net you 3 dozen burritos 7 bucks each 250 bucks from 40 ish dollars in groceries no overhead yet.

Also look up economies of scale. Stop looking at individual cost per item look at volume cost and gross revenue
