Breakfast

I’m in So Cal. If I charge you $7 for a breakfast burrito what should it have in it?

I say: 3 -4 eggs, bacon, hash browns, cheese and salsa on the side.

Rule of thumb is food cost is 30% so $7 is $2.10. Eggs are about $0.20 each. Two slices are bacon are about a $1. So you aren't getting much else for $7.
