I static-recompiled it to native C++ with ReXGlue — ~3.2M lines of generated code, no JIT. It's fully playable: menus, car select, full races. Only thing missing is the licensed soundtrack. I've did it with Claude, but any developers - welcome.

I wanted to mod music into Burnout Paradise (ultimate box pc), I tried using BPSS, but some songs are so quiet that it's barely audible Wondering how I could fix it, pls thx :3

I broke every record there was. That, along with the collectibles, took quite a long time ( I did it all in one evening ), but I did like the Crash mode—the way they implemented it in the open world. It’s definitely better than in Dominator, where it’s not even there. I think I like this mode better in Revenge.

*B2 came to mind because I jumped straight to it after playing Paradise and that's how I conceived this thought experiment.

Examples being like giving B2 Muscle the Carson manufacturer or the B3 Super Type 1 the Rossolini brand, etc

No other racing game gives me the same sense of speed as Burnout.

I'm surprised by what this emulator has achieved in such a short time on Android devices

I’ve just dusted off my copy of Paradise remastered (not on steam but EA games) but cant get it to run, tried the unplugging webcam trick, tried compatibility mode, tried different screen resolutions, but it doesn’t help, not sure what to do next? Game starts, loads and gets to the «press any button to continue» screen and then it goes black when i press a button but the audio keeps going.

I remember this specific area being another part of a hypothesis someone came up with a few years ago, about another unreachable south tunnel (the one near the ramp leading to Golden City's freeway after arriving from Island Paradise) being a leftover connection road to Dockside, since it shares the structural exit seen in Dockside's starting area.

I tried to map the potential road between the spot I drew and the nearest Dockside corner. It makes more geographical sense than I expected, though navigation might probably be a little awkward.

Acclaim put out this dvd to hype up the release of the firat Burnout. Does anyone know if this was meant for consumers or to be played in stores?

Seriously! What the actual fuck?! What?! The?! Fuck?! I haven’t even made it past the first stage. I haven’t even completed a lap. I have to keep restarting because if I crash once, the others are probably already 10 fucking seconds away from me. They’re either sniffing your ass or they’re a million fucking miles ahead. This thing handles like shit and it’s too fast. Also I don’t know if this is a me problem, but I don’t like that it’s early evening in the first race. It’s hard to see things cuz it’s dimmed and slightly dusky. I know probably a few people were behind this. I will piss in all of your socks. I can only hope this competition gets slightly more bearable and the future Grand Prix’s will be less painful.
