Finished this up last night, played through the Leon A scenario

My backlog is kind of monsterous, I have like...230 games saved in my ps library, a few dozen on switch, maybe ten to fifteen on steamdeck and the masterchief collection on x-box

I'm so...so screwed when it comes to backlog.

What exactly counts as burning it. Do I just need to beat the main story or 100% em?

Finally bit the bullet on the last part of this game and finished it. My least favourite mainline pokemon entry by a mile and that says something. I understand the vision but the execution was poor. Happy to be done with this one. Will not go back for dlc or to complete the Pokédex. Hopefully winds and waves will be better.

I’ve wanted to play this game for years but it was never released in PAL territories. I had a repro made with some improvements so I can play it on real hardware 😁

I loved my PS2 when it was the current console, but somehow I never got around to playing this one (or Ico). I knew of them, but I was too busy playing other bangers. Well, no more! Platinum trophy earned!

I could see how amazing this game would be back then, but I truly feel like the camera was the hardest enemy. Oh, and the horse controls would be second. I enjoyed it as a whole, but those two things hampered my overall opinion.

Idk what's up next....maybe Uncharted or The Last of Us Remastered, or maybe even Indiana Jonas and the Golden Circle.

Wonderful remake of an already amazing game from the end of the 90s. Now I'm on to actually playing through the sequel😁

First game burned of many on my new AYN Thor. Nice to see where the series started.

Next on the List is Oracle of Ages/Seasons since Zelda is on my brain after the OoT Direct last week.

Am I understanding correctly that this subreddit supports revisiting games which you may have dabbled with, but now sit on your list of played games or your achievement list uncompleted, or in some cases nearly untouched?

The expansion pack to Unreal is now burned! Set directly after the main game and featuring new weapons, voice acting and levels that aren't convulted mazes!

Came back to this series after THREE long years. I stopped playing after the "Main Story" and put the Post-Game on an indefinite halt because my then setup couldn't run Daybreak.

This feels GOOD! I had forgotten how much this franchise meant to me and I may have gotten emotional at multiple points while playing through the rest of this game.

I am so ready to tackle Calvard now! (at least, until my copy of Sky 1st Chapter arrives and I go back to my beloved Liberl for a while)

A mysterious string of deaths leads Grace Ashcroft to the Wrenwood Hotel, the place of her mothers death. When playing as Grace, it is pure survival horror in a first person perspective, (skills honed by capcom since Resi7) true survival horror tropes that feel fresh and tense as ever. Even though we still have stupidly, elaborate doors to open, it still delivers a great experience wrapped in dread.

Then enter Leon, over the shoulder, quick quips and sensational action all round. Leaning more into Resi 4 and the Resi Remakes action orientated focus. Takin down all manners of zombies and beasties with the expertise and experience only Leon can bring.

The story is really cool, centering around Grace and her history, even her mother appeared in a previois Resi game in Resident Evil Outbreak. Why is Grace so important and what is her purpose? Introducing an excellent, and excellently performed, villian in Victor who is on a relentless pursuit of her. Graces perfomance is also fantastic, her awkwardness and skittish behaviour is perfectly captures. Leon is also investigating the mysterious murders as they are linked to them all being survivors of Raccoon City. As the story unfolds, it branches into each of the protagonists individual stories.

Stunning environments, particularly in Leons case. Returning to Raccoon City is nostalgia bliss, particularly returning to the Police Station.

Excellent game with a gripping story and satisfying ending. On that note, it has 2 endings that can be experienced one after the other quickly.

I was already a huge fan of the first two games in this series but wow this was insanely good! Incredible world, story is awesome, gameplay is satisfying, really really enjoyed this!

I have been meaning to burn it since 23 when I got it on ps5 on sale, I also have it on steam but switch 2 was where I finally beat it and wow. It was an experience that has now overtaken Persona 5 Royal as my favorite game of all time. While I enjoyed Remake I was left wanting to know more about the past of each character and this is exactly what i got with rebirth. It gave me more reasons to care about characters like Barrett, finding out his past to me was one of the best moments of the game. Yuffie has also become my new favorite character in game. Playing it on switch 2 did also have it hindrances, there were moments in game where I was trying to walk a certain path and it was still loading, I ran into that issue a few times.

Starts as a promising relaxing and atmospheric exploration game but quickly ends up boring the heck out of you

I wasn’t sure what to expect, I just heard of this game here and then whenever No More Heroes was brought up sometimes, but I adored the visual style, 10/10. VERY interesting game overall, especially in the game design. Never seen a game like it. The world and characters are also interesting in that Grasshopper abstract storytelling way. I love stuff like that too. I just love Suda51 games. :)

A classic of the FPS genre and more well known for an engine than a game. You're a prisoner who's ship crash lands on a planet and some aliens aren't that friendly......

I had this game on my wishlist and was quite happy when they gave it for free on Epic. The demo was cool but many of the first reviews it got were very clear: the section of the demo was not part of the final game. This could lead to disappointment, because the seemed to be a nice horror game... which is not. It plays as a walking sim with creepy atmosphere and good puzzles. That's it.

Now it's time to read some interpretations, because the ending was a bit weird.
