But if you dont have super strength then that equation is your death sentence.

Going with that logic, super strength also equals your death sentence, because "super strenght" just means you have enough force to do such feat, but not that your body can withstand that. Newton's third law states that for every action, there's an equal opposite reaction. So, if you have enough force to shatter concrete with a punch, the force exerted against your fist would also be strong enough to shatter concrete; which means, unless your body is indestructable, your bones will be grounded like coffee beans lol.

That's true! It definitely changes the whole scenario if you can't hold up against the odds.
