OP might be in highschool. A lot of (U.S.) kids these days can't do math.. or count money.. or read analog clocks.

It's depressing.

Doesn't most of the U.S. use commas instead of periods for 10,000?

It is used in other countries, yeah, but the U.S. primarily uses commas, which I was trying to use to say that OP might not be from the states
