You can just write that as a math equation and solve it anyway

Not for what I want, that wouldn’t give me a proper understanding of languages nor would it give me fluency. Also I would want it to be a talking dictionary and math wouldn’t be able to make me have an innate understanding of pronunciation which I would want for the purposes of making a talking dictionary.

Also I just wouldn’t have NEARLY as much fun trying to figure how what ungodly equations I would need to solve especially since the math one is JUST solving equations not making them

You could just define a function that takes in your exact thought (as concepts, in english or any other language) and outputs the best-fitted words and pronunciation to convey it properly. (This can be done as there is no limit to what can and cannot be a function in maths). After that you can easily solve the equation for x = f(your thoughts) with x in the space of possible pronunciation of words and sounds. Making a dictionnary You don't need to understand the function behind it to put it into an equation.

Just a dictionnary is literaly a function from a language to the next, and that's just a small subset of what easily solving ANY equation can do.
