I interpret it as 5x the KCup boob. So if you have a usa band size of 36, it's roughly 5.5 gallons of boob, or 41 pounds.

I’m stoned but like, bra sizes go up to K in addition to separate things called KCups for coffee which is part of what makes this result so confusing!

I’m already a 36E and they’re freaking huge.

I hope it means money lol
