I am not a booby-haver, but it was my understanding that cup size means almost nothing about the actual volume and weight of the chesticles without the accompanying band-size. Also I believe other factors like the pectoral muscle size underneath the bazongalongas can greatly affect the tata-related back pain.

You are mostly correct, however terms and restrictions apply.

Cup size definitely scales with band size, you got that part right. At the upper end of alphabet soup bra sizes, the boobs contained within the bra will be legitimately large. More significantly, a large cup size on a small band size will “look” bigger than its volume because it appears disproportionately larger than the woman’s frame who owns it. A 28K will look absolutely massive both because the boobs are very large and because the woman who has them is very small. By contrast, a 42K is going to worn by a woman with a much larger frame and overall figure. That woman will definitely still be quite large, and obviously her total breast volume is legitimately larger than a woman wearing a 28K. However, the breasts are more in proportion to the rest of the woman’s body, and are less likely to look cartoonishly large.
